Q: Are there any hidden cost in the presented prices?

A: No, all presented prices at our web pages www.destination-wedding.cz are inclusive of VAT and all governmental fees.

Q: How can we be assured of your service reliability?

A: You are welcomed to collect our references from the couples we have worked with in the past; a legally binding Service Contract Agreement is put in place to give us the authority to encompass all duties relevant to securing your wedding plans. White – Prague Wedding Agency is legally recognized and fully certified company by the Czech law.

Q: How much in advance shall we consider booking the wedding date?

A: We would strongly recommend booking your wedding date minimum 9 months in advance. The main wedding season in Czech Republic is between May and October, together with the month of December.

Q: Are last minute weddings also possible?

A: Yes, last minute weddings are possible and White – Prague Wedding Agency is here to assist you. The prerequisites are different for all nationalities; please contact us for more details.

Q: What is the payment method for your services?

A: The payment is usually carried out in several installments. By the booking and signing of the Service Contract Agreement, you will be requested to pay a non-refundable booking fee of 20.000 CZK / aprox. 1000 USD, 660, GBP, 800 EUR. Furthermore, 45 days prior the wedding day, another payment will follow and the overall balance is payable 2 days before the wedding day. The payments are in most cases made by a secure bank transfer or we can offer you to make the balance payment in cash, only 2 days before the wedding day. >> more

Q: Do we need a visa to enter the Czech Republic?

A: Visa for citizens of all EU countries is not required. For citizens of USA and recently Canada and Australia, visas are also not required. For citizens of any other country we would strongly advise you to confirm the travel arrangements with Czech Embassy in your country, or White – Prague Wedding Agency would be happy to provide you with up-to-date information.

Q: What is the security situation in the Czech Republic?

A: It is generally advised to travel to Prague & Czech Republic. There are no security warnings and threats associated with the country and we strongly encourage all couples intending to marry in Prague & Czech Republic to consider this prime location as their dream destination.

Q: Are there any health checks required in order to marry in Czech Republic?

A: Neither health checks nor any medical documentation are required by the Czech law.

Q: Is it possible to perform a pre-wedding visit to the ceremony and celebration venues?

A: Yes, pre-wedding visits are possible. According to the type of wedding and your requirements, we will create a one day program for you. Pre-wedding visit allows the client together with his personal wedding coordinator to visit the possible ceremony and celebration venues. For more details please click here.

Q: Can you arrange accommodation locally or do we have to find the hotel ourselves?

A: White- Prague Wedding Agency is happy to assist you with accommodation recommendations, choosing for you the best option and booking at discounted rates. Just provide us with your requirements.
